| Summary | Conclusion: There was high frequency of functional mismatch between iFR and FFR. The discrepancy was attributed to iFR value affected by the clinical and lesion-specific factors. In patient who has lower HR, lower DP and lower CI, especially in non-hemodialysis patient, iFR would underestimate the functional severity. In patient who has higher HR and higher DP, especially in female gender, iFR would overestimate the functional severity. |
