Summary | Poster Session 1: Acute coronary syndromes, coronary artery disease: treatment
Topic : European Society Of Cardiology Session Type : Poster Session Conclusions: Aggressive lipidlowering therapy with ezetimibe had a positive effect on clinical outcomes in the low EPA/AA group of ACS patients with dyslipidemia, but not in the high EPA/AA group. This effect was independent of LDLC reduction and suggests that EPA/AA measurement on admission in ACS patients contributes to a "personalized" lipidlowering approach. |
