Summary	In brain tumor surgery, when surgeon decide tumor resection region, they need to grasp the brain structure such as brain sulcus and blood vessel that around the tumor, and tumor area that is different according to patient exactly. Therefore, the expert surgeon estimates the brain structure from various pre-operative and intra-operative information and the visual information of the limited operating field based on own knowledge and experience. But it is difficult to the young surgeon that grasp the brain structure and tumor position from the limited operating field. So, in this study we propose the method of project the information of blood vessel, brain sulcus, and tumor extracted from pre-operative and intra-operative MR Images to microscope images to enable the surgeon to grasp the brain structure and tumor position intuitively.
