Summary Background and Purpose: The 2012 revision to the Basic Plan to Promote Cancer Control Programs places emphasis on the enrichment of cancer control measures for patients of working age. With improving patient survival of glioma, we have to consider patient quality of life, including employment. However, glioma patients who hope to work as they did before often face dit1iculties associated with cognitive function disorder. Some patients cannot recognize their disorder and therefore cannot voluntarily take advantage of suppo1t resources available in the community. In our hospital, a Certified Nurse Specialist in cancer nursing (CNS) can conduct consultations and provide support for glioma patients to live in society. The purpose of this repo1t is to reveal the contents of these nursing consultations and future challenges as the CNS's clinical practice.
