概要	Background: Atrial fibrillation (AF) and acute coronary syndrome (ACS) require multiple antithrombotic agents. The aim of this study is to assess compare the clinical outcome between triple therapy (TT; warfarin + dual anti-platelet therapy [DAPT]) and DAPT.Methods and Results: Consecutive 450 patients with AF undergoing PCI were enrolled at 8 medical centers. Among them 164 patients (36%) presented with ACS. 88(54%) patients on TT and 77(46%) patients on DAPT at the time of PCI. Drug eluting stent was used in 94(57%). The incidence of major adverse cerebro-cardiovascular events (MACCE; cardiac death, non-fatal MI, stroke) and bleeding complications were evaluated. Results are shown below.Conclusion: TT group had higher CHADS2 and HAS-BLED score. The incidence of MACCE was equal but bleeding complications tended to be frequent in TT group.
