The aim of this study was to evaluate changes of cognitive function of glioma patients from pre-operation to 6 months after surgery and identify brain regions that are related to recovery of cognitive function or continuous impairments after resection of glioma. Method: We recruited 25 patients with glioma in the left hemisphere (15 male, 10 female, mean age=41.2, SD=10.4, all right-handed).
