Summary | *Session Title: Lipids, Lipoproteins and Risk of Coronary Artery Disease
Conclusions: In statin naïve ACS patients showing LDL-C value less than 140mg/dl on admission, intensive lipid lowering therapy, adding ezetimibe to pitavastatin, did not improve clinical outcome in comparison with pitavastatin monotherapy, regardless significant lower LDL-C value after 3-year. Another approach, other than ezetimibe, for lipid lowering should be warranted in this population. |
