Summary Background: Recently duration of dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) is becoming shorter after second generation drug eluting stents implantation. But It is uncertain which type of antiplatelet drug should be continued. Method: We analyzed consecutive 151 patients who discontinued dual anti platelet therapy after receiving 2nd generation drug-eluting stents from January 2010 to December 2012. Excluding criteria was patients who receiving anti coagulation Result: Figure 1 showed Kaplan-Meier curve of major adverse cardiac cerebral events, there was no significant difference between aspirin and clopidogrel.Conclusion: aspirin and clopidogrel were same result after discontinuation of DAPT.
