Summary | Tractography is a powerful tool for intraoperative decision making concerning resection boundary. This study reports visualization of tractography as a preoperative planning using 3D Slicer and its Tractography Interactive Seeding module. Deformation of fiber bundle was predicted based on normal anatomical knowledge and each patient's tumor region. Seeds were placed step by step to draw intended fibers. Almost all intended fibers were visualized except a case with a different scanning sequence and or angle setting. |
