概要	Abstract：To realize open integration in the treatment room, OPeLiNK interface has been developed. In February 2018, we installed“Hyper SCOT,”the top version of the smart cyber operation theater, at Tokyo Womenʼs Medical University Hospital. Hyper SCOT consists of two rooms,“Hyper SCOT M”equipped with intraoperative MRI（Aperto Lucent: Hitachi）and“Hyper SCOT A”equipped with a biplane angiography（Infinix Celeve‒i: Canon Medical）. Networking of Hyper SCOT M has been completed at this stage. This report describes the actual clinical operation of Hyper SCOT M. Key words：Smart Cyber Operating Theater, OPeLiNK, Intraoperative MRI
