Summary | TTFM(Transit Time Flow Measurement) is a commonly used method of quality control in coronary artery bypass surgery. We evaluated predictive validity of TTFM in assessment of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) graft. We investigated relation between parameters of TTFM and graft patency after CABG. From Sep. 2017 to Dec. 2018, 200 patients underwent CABG. For all patients, we adopted TTFM and checked parameters of TTFM. Nine arterial grafts PI(Pulsatility Index) of which over 5.0 were patent in postoperative angiogram. Otherwise, among 4 vein grafts PI over 5.0, 2 grafts were failure. |
