Summary	In response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, peer support, a vital connection between patients and medical professionals, faced limitations due to restricted direct interactions. To address this, we transitioned to the digital sphere, embracing the Metaverse and AI technologies. Through digitization, we quantitatively evaluated the value of peer support, capturing the essence of human interaction, the "voice," using machine learning and generative AI. Our initiatives, like "WithUs" and the "Social Bazaar," amalgamated peer support with education and digital experiences, enabling individuals with disabilities to provide support and foster emotional understanding. These efforts extended into the Metaverse, creating spaces for networking and addressing regional issues, especially for young carers and people with disabilities. Through <peer support x education x DX> and <Community x Medical/Welfare x DX> approaches, we engaged local governments, in combating social isolation among youth.　Additionally, the "Voice-to-Reality Project" utilized AI analysis and generative AI to enhance communication within the Metaverse, ensuring meaningful conversations among participants. Collaborations with researchers from diverse sectors aimed at the sustainable expansion of peer support, aligning with multiple SDGs and significantly contributing to societal advancement by 2030.
