Summary Brain tumor surgery requires a high level of judgment based on knowledge and experience by the primary surgeon. SCOT, a smart treatment room, can acquire data from many medical devices in a time-synchronized manner and provide support to the primary surgeon from a strategy desk outside the operating room. However, it is difficult for junior doctors and staff to understand and predict the advanced decisions made by the primary surgeon. On the other hand, there is no platform that can store information in surgery and make it available to research institutions. In this study, we aim to build a platform that can share and analyze the information obtained from SCOT using a high-speed communication network, and to implement a function of surgical analysis for brain tumor surgery using this platform.
