概要 | The aim of this study was to assess the relationship between maintenance antithrombotic therapy after 1-year and clinical outcomes. Methods and Results: Consecutive 450 patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention were enrolled at 8 medical centers. We examined 274 patients who had no adverse event during 1st year and could be followed more than 1-year (landmark point). At 1-year, triple therapy (TT; warfarin + dual anti-platelet therapy) was continued in 123 patients (45%), only 2 patients were on warfarin only. The incidence of major adverse cerebro-cardiovascular events (MACCE; cardiac death, non-fatal myocardial infarction, stroke) and bleeding complications were evaluated in four medical regimens. The results were shown below. Conclusion: Patients who continued TT over 1-year had similar incidence of MACCE but more bleeding complications, compared to other regimens. |
