概要 Background: The relation between antithrombotic therapy and prognosis in atrial fibrillation (AF) patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is unclear. Methods and Results: Consecutive 450 patients with AF undergoing PCI were enrolled at 8 medical centers. Among them, we examined 198 patients with CKD (eGFR < 60ml/min/1.73m2, without maintenance hemodialysis), including 130 patients (66%) on triple therapy (TT; warfarin + dual antiplatelet therapy [DAPT]) and 68 patients (34%) on DAPT at the time of PCI. The incidence of major adverse cerebro-cardiovascular events (MACCE; cardiac death, non-fatal myocardial infarction and stroke) and bleeding complications were evaluated. Patient´s characteristics and Kaplan-Meier curve of clinical outcomes are shown below. Conclusion: AF patients with CKD on TT had similar incidence of MACCE but more bleeding complications compared to DAPT patients.
