概要 | Background: PARIS Score is a risk stratification score set from PARIS registry. It can predict thrombotic and bleeding event separately for the patients with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). However, there is no validation data of PARIS Score in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) undergoing PCI.
Methods and Results: Consecutive 592 patients with AF underwent PCI during 2011 to 2014 were registered at 8 medical centers. Among them 35 patients were excluded because of missing data for PARIS Score. Finally, 557 patients were enrolled in this study. The incidence of major adverse cerebro-cardiovascular events (MACCE) and bleeding complications were evaluated. Baseline characteristics and Kaplan-Meier analyses of clinical outcomes are shown below. Conclusion: PARIS Score might be able to evaluate the thrombotic and bleeding risk in patients with AF undergoing PCI. |
