| Summary | Rituximab treatment was effective and safe in patients with steroid-dependent nephrotic syndrome, allowed reduction of the PRED dose, and ameliorated the adverse effects of PRED. It may be preferentially used in patients at a risk of the adverse effect of PRED. |
