| Summary | 42歳女.鼻出血及び息切れを主訴に入院した.入院時ヘモグロビン濃度2.5g/dl,血小板数0.4×10^4/μl.溶血所見はなかった.赤血球MAP輸血を試みたが,交差適合試験を施行した全ての血球で凝集を認めた.洗浄赤血球を慎重に輸注したが,副作用の出現もなく貧血は改善した.抗赤血球自己抗体は温式及び冷式自己抗体で,血小板減少はITPによるものと考えた |
