Summary | CONCLUSION:
In this Japanese single center experience, the removal of noninfectiou superfluous leads with TLEs seemed to be a safe and effective therapeutic option even among Japanese populations who need a lead revision or CIED upgrade. Further investigations should be required to provide more meaningful guidance to patients and physicians facing the decision to abandon or remove the unused or nonfunctioning leads. |
