Summary Subfoveal choroidal thickness after intravitreal ranibizumab and photodynamic therapy for retinal angiomatous proliferation decreased to approximately 85% compared with baseline by 3 months after treatment, and the trend persisted in eyes with or without recurrence during follow-up. This may indicate that choroidal changes are not associated with recurrence in retinal angiomatous proliferation.
