概要	We describe a case of adenosine-sensitive focal atrial tachycardia (AT) in a patient late after atriopulmonary connection (APC) Fontan procedure. Radiofrequency application successfully abolished the AT; meanwhile, conversion to total cavopulmonary connection (TCPC) and/or Maze procedure may fail to suppress the AT because the origin was crista terminalis near the sinus node. This case highlights the importance of catheter ablation for AT in patients undergoing the APC Fontan procedure, even before TCPC conversion. Clinicians should know this infrequently reported phenotype.
