| 概要 | One potential solution to the global shortage of nursing professionals, particularly in super-aged societies such as Japan, is to delegate nursing tasks to robots. This study explored the nursing tasks that are most suitable for robotic delegation. Direct observation and interviews in a 200-bed hospital revealed that 75% of nurses’ time was spent on non-skilled tasks. The participants expressed a preference for delegating physically demanding and repetitive tasks to robots while maintaining essential patient interactions. These findings suggest that a collaborative approach to integrating nursing and robotics could alleviate workforce shortages and enhance nursing efficiency by performing non-skilled nursing tasks. |
