Summary | To maximize tumor removal and minimize the risk of postoperative
complications during awake brain tumor surgery, the primary surgeon must grasp the patient’s brain structure and determine intraoperatively the resected tumor area. The intraoperative decision-making process adopted by the primary surgeon cannot be easily reproduced by junior doctors. |
